Brown Bag: Statements of Work (SOW)
A Statement of Work (SOW) defines the aims and deliverables of a proposed project. A well-written SOW ensures that the expectations are clear from the project start to finish, and it helps protect against future claims and disputes. In this Brown Bag, our speakers will break down what a SOW is, highlight key features that should be included, and provide case studies that demonstrate what can go wrong when a SOW is unclear or ambiguous.
Please note that we did have a few technical difficulties during this presentation. The recording has been edited to remove any long periods of technical difficulties and it may appear to skip forward at times.
