Brown Bag: Subcontracting
This Brown Bag session us a general overview of the subawards process, procedures, and systems used at Johns Hopkins to provide outgoing funding to collaborators under JHU sponsored projects.
Skip to 4:30 for the start of the Brown Bag session.
Sponsored project awards made to JHU are generally conducted within the physical boundaries of JHU by University faculty and staff. However, a significant portion of the required work may need to be provided outside the University by a third party (collaborator). Such an arrangement is carried out through the issuance of an outgoing subagreement.
